What is a Daybed?
A daybed is a piece of furniture designed to serve two purposes: sleeping and sitting. While it looks like a sofa with a back and arms, the cushion is actually a mattress made for sleeping. Daybeds are designed to take a twin size mattress (39" x 75"), but they can vary in width and length depending on the shape of the back and arms.
